Impact NW is seeking a Bilingual Housing Specialist II to provide intensive, community-based social work within a Housing First framework for individuals experiencing homelessness. You will coordinate housing navigation, advocacy, and supportive services to help participants obtain and maintain housing.
Based in the Portland area, this hybrid role requires Spanish fluency, 1–3 years in housing navigation or related social services, and strong collaboration with partners.
