Job Title:Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) - Hybrid - Private Group Practice

Location:Portland, OR (Hybrid)

Status:Full-Time (W-2 Employee)

• Collaboration:Support through regular case consultation, multidisciplinary teamwork, and individual support.
• Operational Support:An experienced admin team handling marketing, credentialing, billing, patient communication, and chart preparation.
• Streamlined Systems:Systems designed to reduce administrative burden so you can focus on patient care.

• Provide psychiatric care to adult patients, or to both adult and adolescent patients (ages 14+) with mild to moderate mental health conditions.
• Complete comprehensive psychiatric intakes, diagnostic assessments, and individualized treatment plans.
• Provide ongoing psychiatric medication management in accordance with professional standards.
• Provide in-person care when clinically appropriate for a patient's treatment.
• Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA, confidentiality requirements, and all applicable laws/licensing requirements.
• Participate in community engagement and referral-development efforts.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a licensed prescriber, with 2+ years preferred.
• Active prescribing experience within the past year required.
• Active Oregon professional license or eligibility for Oregon licensure required.
• PMHNP national board certification required.
• Must be able to obtain an active, unrestricted DEA registration for the state of Oregon.
• Must pass a background check as a condition of employment.
• Ability to work onsite at our downtown Portland office a minimum of 1 day per month (up to 1 day per week).

• Base salary of $140,000 - $150,000 per year (based on years of prescribing experience) for meeting a minimum caseload of 26 patient sessions per week
• Quarterly production bonuses available for prescribers averaging 27 or more patient sessions per week, with total cash compensation potential up to $177,000 per year
