Program Supervisor II

As the Program Supervisor II for the Blackburn Recovery Program (BRP), you will play a pivotal leadership role in an innovative, mission-driven program dedicated to helping individuals achieve lasting recovery and housing stability. You will oversee daily operations, mentor and support a multidisciplinary team, and help drive services that integrate housing, healthcare, recovery support, and employment resources under one roof.

Central City Concern is an innovative nonprofit agency providing comprehensive services to single adults and families in the Portland metro area who are impacted by homelessness, poverty and addictions. The Blackburn Center (clinic side) is a federally qualified health center offering services with an emphasis on substance use disorder (SUD) treatment, behavioral health and primary care. The clinic is connected to Blackburn Center Apartments
. The clinic has an on-site pharmacy and employment services with a branch of the Community Volunteer Corps (CVC) program.

The Blackburn Center combines supportive housing with an on-site health care clinic, pharmacy and employment services.
Blackburn Center Apartments is a six-story apartment building located in the Hazelwood neighborhood of SE Portland, consisting of 90 single-room occupancy units and 34 studio units.

Compensation: $57,000 - $80,000 Final comp will be determined based on relevant experience, education, credentials/licensure, and internal equity.

• High School diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
• Two years of experience working in supportive housing, behavioral health, social services, or related environment with one year of supervisory or team lead experience required.
• Must be able to demonstrated excellent computer skills.
• Must be able to work in all CCC buildings. Some CCC buildings have restrictions due to criminal background and/or active probation and parole.
• Ability to adhere to Central City Concern's drug-free workplace which encourages a safe, healthy, and productive work environment and complies with the Drug-Free Workplace Act of 1988. An employee shall not, in the workplace, unlawfully manufacture, distribute, dispense, possess or use a controlled substance or alcohol.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screenand background check.
• May be required to carry an agency cell phone for work use. Cell phone will be provided by Central City Concern.
• Physical ability to bend, stoop, kneel, squat, twist, reach, pull and lift heavy objects, and climb stairs several times a day, with reasonable or no accommodations.
• Must adhere to agency's non-discrimination policies.
• Ability to effectively interact with co-workers and clients with diverse ethnic backgrounds, religious views, cultural backgrounds, lifestyles, and sexual orientations, and treat everyone with respect and dignity.
• Ideally has a CADC I, CRM, PWS, or QMHA
