ACC is dedicated to helping people with disabilities maintain meaningful employment within their communities by providing one-on-one coaching at their place of employment.

As a job coach you will work one-on-one with a small caseload of adults and support them in their jobs in a multitude of working environments. You will go home at the end of the day knowing that you helped your clients succeed, made a difference in their life, and helped them grow their skills.

Throughout this pandemic ACC has striven to provide a stable work environment and has been able to provide continuous employment to our employees. Over the last 2 years ACC has not needed to lay off a single employee. ACC provides comprehensive, ongoing training and a dedicated direct supervisor who is always available to support you so you never feel alone or unsupported.

During these difficult times, more people with disabilities are in of need assistance and ACC needs more dedicated staff to provide high quality support to these individuals.

• Provide on-site job coaching and support
