Senior Software Engineer, Product Engineering, Americas

About The Role

Product Engineer  end‑to‑end features across the stack, from product research through design, implementation, and launch. Work with product and design teams, write product specs, wireframes, and deliver high‑quality software at a high pace.

• Own a large portion of a product, including research, specifications, wireframes, and end‑to‑end implementation.
• Design and build new features, such as automated interview scheduling, declarative filter architecture, and in‑app signing of offers.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to define requirements and iterate on solutions.
• Conduct user research, write specs, prototype, and integrate with cross‑functional teams.

• Proficient in full‑stack development with Type Script, React, Graph
  
  QL, Node.js, Postgres, and Redis.
• Experience delivering complex, high‑ambiguity products end‑to‑end.
• Comfortable tackling any part of the stack, from front‑end to infrastructure.
• Strong collaborator and communicator, able to vet decisions with stakeholders.
• Ambitious, growth‑oriented, and open to feedback.
• Experience building reusable abstractions and tools.
