Software Engineer, Full Stack; C# ​/.NET​/Azure

Our flagship nVIRO platform replaces manual, paper-based processes with modern cloud systems, helping agencies move faster, maintain accurate data, and better serve the public. We are hiring a mid-level full‑stack engineer to help build the next generation of this platform on Azure.

• Build and maintain full-stack web applications using C#, .NET, IIS, and SQL Server in an Azure cloud environment
• Design, query, and optimize relational databases using SQL Server and T‑SQL
• Develop RESTful APIs and event‑driven services
• Build responsive front‑end experiences using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SignalR
• Integrate AI features using Claude API and Azure AI Services
• Deploy code through CI/CD pipelines and containerized workflows such as Docker
• Write performant, multithreaded, production‑ready code

• Strong experience with C# and .NET full‑stack development
• Solid SQL Server and T‑SQL skills including querying and schema design
• Front‑end fundamentals including HTML, CSS, and Java Script
• Experience with multithreading and event‑driven systems
• Ability to learn quickly and work within a complex domain
• Experience with Git, CI/CD, and clean coding practices
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with non‑technical stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with product and project teams

• Experience with Blazor
• Knowledge of web accessibility standards such as ADA compliance
• Experience with security and compliance frameworks such as SOC 2 or OWASP
• Experience working in public sector, environmental, or regulated industries
