As a Full Stack Technical Lead you will split your time between architecting and writing well‑considered technical solutions and ensuring your team thrives and grows. You will distill complex requirements into actionable deliverables, mentor your engineers, and shape Anza’s engineering culture and software development excellence.

• Collaborate with product owners, designers, QA, and other leaders to define pragmatic technical solutions within an agile process.
• Lead and mentor a team of full‑stack engineers to deliver exceptional software that solves real business challenges.
• Set the standard by writing high‑quality, thoroughly tested code, producing well‑considered pull requests, and architecting scalable, maintainable solutions.
• Champion technically sound and well‑designed product decisions that meet customer needs and contribute to platform health.

• 6+ years of hands‑on technical experience.
• 3+ years of Node.js, React, and Type Script experience.
• 3+ years as a hands‑on technical lead.
• Strong knowledge of relational data modeling, API design, and software architecture.
• Experience developing cloud‑native applications on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
