• Architect end-to-end deterministic, multi-threaded AI‑to‑AGI platforms
• Design architectures that unlock siloed enterprise data and enable real-time intelligent orchestration
• Embed compliance, auditability, and policy enforcement into every system component
• Bridge research and product teams to translate innovations into production‑grade solutions
• Establish best practices for reproducibility, verification, and traceability
• Lead technical decision-making through architectural reviews and technology evaluation
• Mentor engineers and shape engineering culture
  
  Develop and communicate a multi‑year architectural vision
• Evangelize the platform to customers, partners, and the AI community

• 10+ years of software engineering experience with 5+ years in architectural or technical leadership
• Deep AI/ML systems expertise (architecting AI/ML platforms, distributed systems, or high-scale enterprise software)
• Strong understanding of deterministic algorithms, symbolic reasoning, rule-based systems, or hybrid AI
• Experience implementing verifiable AI methods, explainability frameworks, or formal correctness guarantees
  
  Experience designing real-time, concurrent, or parallel processing architectures
• Ability to balance hands‑on coding with strategic vision
• Exceptional mentorship and communication skills

• Regulated domains (financial services, healthcare, aerospace, defense, autonomous systems, industrial control)
• Formal methods (theorem proving, model checking, correctness proofs, formal specification of AI systems)
• Enterprise data integration (harmonizing heterogeneous data sources, real‑time data transformation)
• Governance and compliance architecture (native policy enforcement, audit trails, regulatory compliance)
• Startup‑to‑scale journey (building technical foundations from early‑stage through growth)
  Real-time and low-latency systems (millisecond-response optimization)
• AGI research or philosophy
• Technical thought leadership (speaker, open-source contributor, published researcher)
