Operational Support Drivers

Performance Driven Workforce (PDW) is hiring Full-Time Operational Support Drivers to support an automotive Tier-1 supplier in Portland, OR. Operational Support Drivers will be working with prototype vehicles, ADAS features, advanced safety systems, and next-generation automotive technology. • Driving prototype vehicles equipped with advanced driver‑assistance systems (ADAS)
• Testing ADAS features, safety systems, and vehicle performance on designated routes
• Troubleshooting basic in‑vehicle technical issues
• Operating data recording and monitoring equipment, including start/stop recording and light debugging
• Collecting manual data while driving
• Following testing procedures and reporting accurate driving observations
• Ensuring safe driving in all weather and road conditions
• Working independently with minimal supervision
• Collaborating professionally with technical and engineering teams

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
• Have a valid driver’s license and a good driving record
• Minimum 2 years driving experience in the U.S.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
• ADAS or EV charging experience is a strong plus
• Technical experience in automotive, computers and/or similar electronics
• Experience with Windows, MacOS, and Linux

• PM night shift: 3:00 pm – 11:30 pm (Monday - Sunday)

• $22.00/hour
