Additionally, every team member must be prepared to step into any role or position within the Flow Team as needed to support overall operations.
About the role:The Flow Delivery Drivers at Nectar are essential to ensuring that inventory is delivered to retail locations accurately and on time. This role involves not only driving but also handling inventory, verifying deliveries, and maintaining a high standard of customer service.
Reports to:Flow Delivery Leader
Schedule:Full-Time, Monday – Friday.
Timely Deliveries- Ensure all deliveries are made on schedule to the designated retail locations.
- Assist in loading delivery vehicles, ensuring all items are correctly prepared for dispatch.
- Verify all outgoing deliveries with accuracy and completeness before leaving the warehouse.
- Deliver all items in good condition and report any issues promptly.
- Provide excellent customer service at retail locations, ensuring a positive experience for all stakeholders.
- Communicate effectively with the Flow Delivery Team Lead and retail locations to resolve any issues that arise during deliveries.
- Maintain accurate delivery records and complete all necessary paperwork.
- Ensure delivery vehicles are well-maintained, clean, and in good working condition.
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations in compliance with safe driving and proper handling of inventory.
- Work closely with the Flow Delivery Team Lead and other team members for smooth and efficient delivery operations.
- Assist with other tasks as needed to support the Flow Team's operations.
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Previous experience in delivery or logistics preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items as needed.
- Knowledge of local routes and traffic patterns.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.
$20.00 - $25.00/hour. Full-Time.
