Flatbed CDL-A OTR Driver

Employment type: Full‑Time

We are seeking experienced CDL‑A flatbed truck drivers for regional and OTR routes in the western United States. Drivers will transport goods such as glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals.

Operate a flatbed tractor‑truck, safely load and secure cargo, and follow all DOT regulations on scheduled routes. Provide truck maintenance as required and collaborate with dispatch to ensure on‑time deliveries.

• Weekly Pay: $1,171.40 – $2,106.07
• Annual Pay: $60,912.97 – $
• Flatbed OTR Rate: $0.55 – $0.60 per mile
• Accessorial Compensation: Tarp, stop, detention, border crossing, safety, over‑dimension pay
• Transition Package: $1,800 (with $1,000 allotted for orientation during first 2 weeks)
• Home Time: 3 weeks out, 3 days off (depends on division)

• Paid Time Off: 80–120 hours PTO based on years of service, 1 hour sick per 30 hours worked
• Other Benefits: Orientation Pay, transition pay, safety bonuses

• Valid Class A CDL
• At least 21 years of age
• Minimum 4 months of driving experience (preferred 1 year)
• Safe driving record; no more than 6 jobs in last 3 years
• Clean background check, drug test, and clearinghouse result
• Physically able to lift a 90‑pound tarp onto a 5‑foot high platform twice (tested during orientation)
• Will drive OTR flatbed routes for Division 200
