Flatbed driver responsible for transporting goods such as glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals on regional routes.

• Operate a Class A CDL flatbed truck on regional routes.
• Transport goods safely and efficiently.
• Maintain truck cleanliness and perform basic pre‑trip inspections.
• Adhere to all state and federal transportation regulations.
• Maintain accurate logs and record any incidents or delays.

• Valid Class A CDL.
• 21 years of age or older.
• 4+ months of driving experience; 1 year preferred.
• Safe driving record; no more than 6 jobs in last 3 years.
• Background check required.
• Clean drug test required.
• Clean clearinghouse result required.
• Physically able to lift a 90‑pound tarp onto a 5‑foot high platform during orientation.

• Weekly pay: $903.55 – $2,021.54 (based on experience and routes).
• Annual pay: $46,984.82 – $.
• Additional accessorial compensation: tarp, stop, detention, border crossing, safety, over‑dimension.
• Flatbed rate: $0.57 – $0.71 per mile.
• $5,000 Hiring Bonus, paid in 12 months, 4 installments of $1,250.
• Transition package: $1,800 ($1,000 for orientation). 24‑hour reset and most weekends off.
