Delivery Truck Driver

We have a delivery truck driver opening in Portland, OR and are looking for the best to join our team. This is a physically demanding job with consistent heavy lifting in a non‑climate controlled environment;

• Provide deliveries to customers in a safe and timely manner while strictly following Amarr’s policies spelled out in the Driver Handbook (including pre‑trip inspections, log books, safe driving, etc.).
• Keep all driver certification documents ready and available for display at all times.
• Assist in the completion of production orders in the warehouse when not driving.
• Accurately load and unload customers (inspect for damaged materials).
• Unload and accurately receive incoming product.

• Valid driver’s license.
• Minimum 1 year of delivery driving experience required (2+ years preferred).
• Minimum 1 year experience driving box trucks or similar.
• Warehouse duties performed in a non‑climate controlled environment.
• Must be able to read and speak English per DOT guidelines.
• Frequent stooping, bending, walking, carrying, and lifting (50‑75 lbs.).
• Ability to meet and comply with DOT regulations.
• Successfully complete internal Driver Training Program;
  Motor Vehicle report must meet Amarr’s driver standards.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Good attitude, a desire to work hard with a great team, and the ability to be a self‑starter.

• Monday – Friday from 7am to 4pm (flexibility required for early or late deliveries).
• Pay rate $26–28/hr based on experience.
