Role

Summary

The Maintenance Equipment Cleaneris responsible forthe preparation and cleaning of aircraft/engine components to ensure safe maintenance operations and compliance with all company, FAA and Government Safety Regulations.

Key Duties
  • Maintain highest level of Safety, Compliance, Quality, and Reliability standards.
  • Clean aircraft parts utilizing various chemicals in accordance with applicable aircraft manuals.
  • Perform preventative maintenance for the paint booth and shop equipment.
  • Verify information on aircraft parts removed from aircraft and appropriate tags.
  • Document all maintenance tasks in accordance with company procedural and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure shop facilities, tools, and equipment are maintained in a clean, safe, and professional manner.
  • Ensure hazardous materials are handled and stored in accordance with company and regulatory requirements.
Job-Specific Experience, Education & Skills Required
  • Detail oriented and able to self-start and self-direct work.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be able to obtain environmental coordinator qualification within 90 days.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum age of 18.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Preferred
  • 1 year of experience working in an aviation maintenance or similar environment.

Starting Rate

USD $21.02/Hr.
