Assist the Air Export Supervisor and Manager with all aspects of the Air Export Department to ensure proper and timely movement of freight and exceptional customer service;
Prepare and assemble documents for international transportation;
Coordinate and negotiate rates with contracted vendors to procure space and services;
Ensure accurate and timely billing to clients and vendors and data entry into operating systems;
Interact with customers to arrange international export shipments, monitor KPI performance, and maintain compliance with OPS and external regulations
