Compensation

Starting Pay: $20.50 – $23.50 per hour (based on experience).

• Operate company vehicles safely and efficiently in accordance with TBC policies.
• Pick, stage, and load trucks as requested.
• Adhere to DOT regulations and hours‑of‑service requirements.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of product and operating procedures.
• Follow pre‑determined route sequencing when delivering tires/equipment to customers.
• Securely handle cash or check (COD) when required, following company COD policy.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and secure vehicle and work area.
• Provide excellent customer service consistent with the company’s People‑Focused values.
• Garner work in a clean, uniformed attire provided by the company.
• Operate material handling equipment safely as needed.
• Complete other duties as requested or needed.

• Safety‑first mentality.
• 1+ year of box‑truck experience and/or delivery experience preferred.
• 1+ year with no at‑fault accidents.
• Clean motor vehicle record.
• Current driver’s license relevant to the types/classes of vehicles driven during company business.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DOT certificate while operating an NTW vehicle.
• 21 years or older.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb. repetitively and occasionally lift more.
• Complete Driver Vehicle Inspection reports as required by company policy and DOT regulations.
• Abide by all federal, state, and local laws.
