PG Long is seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our Portland team. This full-time, on-site role supports daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory organization, and order preparation. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments
- Unpack, organize, and maintain warehouse inventory
- Prepare and package materials for outgoing shipments
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks
- Load and unload delivery vehicles safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
- Follow all safety procedures and company standards
- Use basic computer systems and warehouse software for inventory tracking, shipping documentation, and daily operational tasks
- Experience with shipping & receiving and packing processes
- Ability to unload deliveries and properly organize products
- Forklift and pallet jack experience preferred
- Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy materials
- High attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior warehouse experience preferred but not required
