Job Full Description Shipping & Receiving Associate

Location: NE Portland

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Pay: $22.00/hour and up (depending on experience)

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our warehouse team. This role plays a key part in keeping materials moving efficiently through our operation by supporting both shipping and receiving functions while maintaining accurate inventory.

• Process shipping and receiving documentation accurately and efficiently
• Use online shipping systems, including Fed Ex, UPS, and LTL carriers
• Receive, store, package, label, and ship materials according to company standards
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts (training provided), pallet jacks, and other power tools safely
• Maintain inventory accuracy through proper counting, labeling, and storage practices
• Follow safety, quality, and organizational standards at all times

• Previous experience in a warehouse, shipping/receiving, or material handling role
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to safety and quality standards

• Competitive pay starting at $22.00/hour

• Stable, full-time weekday schedule (no weekends)
