We’re looking for a dependable, detail‑oriented Warehouse Receiving Team Member who takes pride in a job done right and can work independently while being part of a strong warehouse team.
WhatYou’ll Do
This role is all about making sure product coming into the warehouse is received right the first time
. You’ll be hands‑on, working with freight, equipment, and inventory to keep operations running smoothly.
- Unload trucks and deliveries safely and efficiently.
- Check incoming product against packing slips and purchase orders.
- Inspect shipments for damage, shortages, or errors and report issues right away.
- Enter received product accurately into the warehouse system.
- Label, stage, and put away material in the correct locations.
- Help with cycle counts and physical inventory when needed.
- Complete receiving paperwork clearly and accurately.
- Work with purchasing, supervisors, and teammates to fix any receiving or inventory problems.
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other warehouse equipment.
- Follow all safety rules and company policies at all times.
- Help keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe for everyone.
- Work alongside warehouse teammates to keep the day running smoothly.
- Pitch in with picking, packing, or shipping when needed — we succeed as a team.
- At least 1 year of warehouse experience preferred (receiving experience is a plus).
- Someone who shows up on time, works hard, and pays attention to details.
- Comfortable working on your own but willing to help the team when needed.
- Basic math, reading, and writing skills.
- Strong attention to detail — accuracy matters here.
- Good communication skills and a positive, can‑do attitude.
- Customer‑focused mindset, even behind the scenes.
- Ability to safely operate forklifts, reach trucks, and other lift equipment (or willingness to be trained).
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs frequently and up to 100 lbs occasionally with a team lift.
- Work in a warehouse and shipping dock environment, including exposure to weather.
- Overtime may be required depending on workload.
- Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 5:30 AM – 2:00 PM
