We’re looking for a dependable, detail‑oriented Warehouse Receiving Team Member who takes pride in a job done right and can work independently while being part of a strong warehouse team.

This role is all about making sure product coming into the warehouse is received right the first time
. You’ll be hands‑on, working with freight, equipment, and inventory to keep operations running smoothly.

• Unload trucks and deliveries safely and efficiently.
• Check incoming product against packing slips and purchase orders.
• Inspect shipments for damage, shortages, or errors and report issues right away.

• Enter received product accurately into the warehouse system.
• Label, stage, and put away material in the correct locations.
• Help with cycle counts and physical inventory when needed.

• Complete receiving paperwork clearly and accurately.
• Work with purchasing, supervisors, and teammates to fix any receiving or inventory problems.

• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other warehouse equipment.
• Follow all safety rules and company policies at all times.
• Help keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe for everyone.

• Work alongside warehouse teammates to keep the day running smoothly.
• Pitch in with picking, packing, or shipping when needed — we succeed as a team.

• At least 1 year of warehouse experience preferred (receiving experience is a plus).
• Someone who shows up on time, works hard, and pays attention to details.
• Comfortable working on your own but willing to help the team when needed.

• Basic math, reading, and writing skills.
• Strong attention to detail — accuracy matters here.
• Good communication skills and a positive, can‑do attitude.
• Customer‑focused mindset, even behind the scenes.
• Ability to safely operate forklifts, reach trucks, and other lift equipment (or willingness to be trained).

• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs frequently and up to 100 lbs occasionally with a team lift.
• Work in a warehouse and shipping dock environment, including exposure to weather.
• Overtime may be required depending on workload.
