Tualatin, OR.

Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM start. Compensation: $22 per hour.

• Gather and stage products accurately based on delivery routes
• Verify order accuracy and ensure loads are complete and properly sequenced
• Secure products for transport to prevent damage
• Work as part of a coordinated, high‑energy team to keep operations moving
• Stock and organize warehouse inventory for efficient loading
  
  Locate missing items and resolve discrepancies
• Follow all safety procedures and support our Injury Prevention Program
• Represent Milgard’s values through teamwork, reliability, and a positive attitude

• Experience in warehouse, distribution, shipping, or similar environments
• Familiarity with glass handling or window/door products is a plus
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds unassisted
• Strong attention to detail and time‑management skills
• Reliable, hardworking, and committed to team success
• Enjoys hands‑on work and takes pride in doing things right
