Location:

Tualatin, OR

Shift: Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM start

Pay: $22/hour + $2/hour swing shift differential.

• Gather and stage products accurately based on delivery routes.
• Verify order accuracy and ensure loads are complete and in the correct sequence.
• Secure products for transport to prevent damage.
• Work as part of a coordinated, high‑energy team to keep operations moving.
• Stock and organize warehouse inventory for efficient loading.
• Track down missing items and resolve discrepancies.
• Follow all safety procedures and support our Injury Prevention Program.
• Model Milgard’s values through teamwork, reliability, and a positive attitude.

• Experience in a warehouse, distribution, shipping, or similar environment.
• Familiarity with glass handling or window/door products is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. unassisted.
• Strong attention to detail and time‑management skills.
• Reliable, hardworking, and committed to team success.
