Kelly Services in partnership with Cummins has immediate openings for Forklift/Warehouse Associates to join our team at Cummins Distribution Center in Portland - 6511 NE Mt St Helens Ave Portland OR 97220. Cummins is a global power and auto component manufacturer and we have a full-time, temp to hire position on 1st shift Monday-Friday open and available! Due to the nature of the role and requirements,
this position requires some Forklift operating experience to be placed.
Positions start at over $20 an hour!
- 1st shift: 8am - 5pm (M-F) - $20.75 / hr
Start and end times for 1st shift may vary from 6am-9am and 3pm-6pm (all hires must be flexible for this)

- Driving forklift and other PIV's (order picker/cherry picker, reach forklift, standup forklift)
- Receiving, stocking, storing, handling and labeling goods and materials in a warehouse environment.
- Inspecting merchandise, checking for shortages, damaged goods and discrepancies.
- Handling goods and materials carefully and safely
- Identifying opportunities for improvement including ways to optimize warehouse space
- Requires Forklift operating experience (do not need to be certified)
- Are at least 18 years of age
- Are comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs., bending, standing, walking, and kneeling in a production/warehouse environment
- Steel-toed shoes/boots are required to start
