Key Responsibilities- Pulling orders and responsible for accurate receiving, storing, and preparing/shipping product.
- Daily use of stand up reach lift, stock picker, or sit down forklift
- Loading container trucks by hand and hand trucks and manual pallet jacks.
- Will train and certify in house.
- Lifting 50+ lbs on a regular basis.
- Reading, scanning, and recording bar code information.
- Repacks or re-boxes cases per customer instructions.
- Repairs and re-boxes damaged goods as required.
- Forklift experience required
- Knowledge/
Skills:
Must be able to read, count accurately, do simple math and write legibly. Computer experience required - Must be capable of standing and walking for extended periods.
- Must be able to lift 50+ lbs
- Must be able to handle stress caused in meeting deadlines with tight scheduling requirements.
- Must be able to twist, stoop, squat, reach above shoulder level and crouch on a frequent basis.
- Must be able to use proper lifting techniques.
- Third party logistics company.
- Wide array of product from perishable food products to aerospace.
- This project will be receiving and shipping product including paper, food, and various retail items.
- 8am - 4:30pm, Monday to Friday

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Portland, OR.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
