Overview: The Fulfillment Specialist supports daily warehouse operations by preparing, packing, and organizing wholesale orders for distribution. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and compliance with all OLCC, METRC, and workplace safety requirements. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and comfortable performing physical warehouse tasks.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
The Fulfillment Specialist:
- Pick, pack, and prepare wholesale orders for distribution
- Accurately stage and organize outgoing shipments
- Assist with inventory handling and product organization in the warehouse
- Assist with inventory audits and inventory reconciliation as needed
- Support order fulfillment and ensure accuracy of products and quantities
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant warehouse workspace
- Follow all OLCC, METRC, and OSHA safety regulations, as well as company compliance procedures
- Work with team members to ensure timely and efficient order fulfillment
- Assist with general warehouse tasks as needed
- Ability to lift, push, and pull 50 lbs or more regularly
- Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout the warehouse for extended periods
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with frequent movement and lifting
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must possess or be able to obtain an OLCC Marijuana Worker Permit & Food Handlers Permit
- Previous warehouse, fulfillment, or production experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
- Basic familiarity with cannabis inventory systems (METRC experience is a plus but not required)

Rate $17.50 - $18.50 DOE
Work Environment
Work is performed in a warehouse setting with moderate to loud noise and varying temperatures. The role involves standing or sitting for long periods, lifting up to 50 pounds regularly, and handling cannabis products.
