Document Scanner​/Warehouse Associate

Job Overview

Kelly is hiring for Scanning Technician, Cutting, and Inventory/Warehouse roles at a nationally recognized document management company.

• Starting pay: $18.00 per hour for all roles
• Temp assignments start at 3+ months and can be extended; high performers may have the opportunity to be hired permanently

Shifts Available:

• Day Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:30 am to 3:00 pm (hiring now!)
• Swing Shift: Monday–Friday, 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm (coming soon!)
• Graveyard and Weekend

• Scan and process paper documents using high-speed scanners
• Ensure accuracy, quality, and security of all scanned materials
• Maintain and clean equipment as needed
• Work as a team, follow project guidelines, and support additional warehouse or production responsibilities as required
• Maintain a positive, can-do attitude and help our team succeed!

• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English
• At least 1 year of experience in document scanning or a similar production environment
• Comfortable using production scanners (Kodak, Fujitsu, Canon, etc.)
• Capable of lifting up to 35 lbs on a regular basis
• Team player with a courteous attitude who is reliable and punctual
