Job Overview
Kelly is hiring for Scanning Technician, Cutting, and Inventory/Warehouse roles at a nationally recognized document management company.
Pay & Shifts- Starting pay: $18.00 per hour for all roles
- Temp assignments start at 3+ months and can be extended; high performers may have the opportunity to be hired permanently
Shifts Available:
- Day Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:30 am to 3:00 pm (hiring now!)
- Swing Shift: Monday–Friday, 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm (coming soon!)
- Graveyard and Weekend
Shifts:
Coming later in the summer
- Scan and process paper documents using high-speed scanners
- Ensure accuracy, quality, and security of all scanned materials
- Maintain and clean equipment as needed
- Work as a team, follow project guidelines, and support additional warehouse or production responsibilities as required
- Maintain a positive, can-do attitude and help our team succeed!
- Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English
- At least 1 year of experience in document scanning or a similar production environment
- Comfortable using production scanners (Kodak, Fujitsu, Canon, etc.)
- Capable of lifting up to 35 lbs on a regular basis
- Team player with a courteous attitude who is reliable and punctual
- Fast start after hiring event – first rounds may start as early as Thursday, July 9th
