Warehouse Associate

Warehouse Associate position at Parts Authority. The role involves full‑time work focused on receiving, labeling, storing and shipping inventory to meet customer demand.

• Receiving, processing, labeling, and storing incoming stock.
• Maintaining clear records on all inventory and stock.
• Scanning items into the warehouse management system.
• Inspecting all stock for damages and keeping records of those damages.
• Organizing warehouse space for efficient use.
• Preparing orders for shipment and picking items as required.
• Recording exact arrival and departure times for shipments.
• Operating stock management tools, including powered industrial equipment and pallet jacks.
• Counting stock and keeping inventory records.
• Routine cleaning duties.
• Interface with management to ensure key objectives are realized.
• Maintaining safety regulations and compliance with all applicable regulations.

• Accurately follow directions, both written and verbal.
• Maintain individual productivity and quality standards according to department requirements.
• Regularly lift, push, pull and/or move objects 10–50 lbs; occasionally lift and/or move objects up to 100 lbs.
• Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach and occasionally sit and climb ladders or stairs.
• May be subject to environmental conditions and required to function in narrow aisles or passageways.
• Requires specific vision abilities: close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust and focus.
• Attention to detail, great communication skills and time‑management skills.
• Works well under pressure and collaborates effectively with staff and supervisors.
• Open availability, flexible, able to work various shifts and overtime.
• 1–2 years of warehouse experience preferred.
• Familiarity with and promotion of workplace safety.
• Securing and transferring cash or other assets.
