Warehouse Associate – Internet Shipper

We are seeking a Warehouse Associate – Internet Shipper to join our growing team in Long Island, New York. The role focuses on the shipping process for orders that are ready to pack. You should be thorough, accurate, and committed to safety and customer satisfaction.

• Accurate packing and shipping of various sized products to meet customer expectations.
• Determine method of shipment using software.
• Create shipping labels using multiple carrier platforms.
• Maintain a clean work area and software etiquette.
• Meet minimum daily shipping output expectations.
• Comply with all quality standards and policies.
• Assemble cardboard containers and fill with void fill to protect product.
• Examine shipments to ensure specifications are met.
• Assist in store/warehouse tasks such as stock and parts pulling.
• Maintain and promote workplace safety.

• Ability to read product identification quickly and accurately.
• Work independently with minimal direction.
• Exceptional verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized and detail‑oriented.
• Ability to meet deadlines and follow directions.
• Maintain productivity and quality standards.
• Regularly lift, push, pull, or move objects 10–50 lbs; occasionally up to 100 lbs.
• Stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach; sit and climb when needed.
• Work in narrow aisles or passageways and tolerate weather or temperature changes.
• Specific vision requirements: close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception.
• Attention to detail, communication, time‑management, and working under pressure.
• Open availability, flexible scheduling, and ability to work overtime.
• 1–2 years warehouse experience preferred; internet shipping experience a plus.
• Safe working practices and familiarity with carrier shipping methods.
• Basic computer skills.
