Position Summary

U.S. Auto Force, a division of U.S. Venture, Inc., brings more than 100 years of experience as an industry leader in distributing tires, undercar parts, and lubricants to independent tire retailers, auto repair shops, and automotive dealerships. The schedule for this position is Monday‑Friday 5:00 am–1:30 pm (or until work is completed) with rotating Saturdays. Schedules are subject to change based on business needs and may require overtime.

Job Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and stock tires and auto parts in a fast‑paced warehouse environment using industrial vehicles such as a forklift or picker equipment.
  • Use scanners to find and put away tires and assist with inventory control.
  • Lift 50 pounds consistently throughout the shift and occasionally up to 80 pounds; use team lifts or mechanical equipment for commercial tires.
  • Exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds when working with barrels or industrial/agricultural tires.
  • Operate at heights up to 25 feet while working on stock racks that may be 25 feet tall, ensuring safety and compliance with equipment operating procedures.
  • Remain on your feet for extended periods and be willing to work overtime as needed.
  • Contribute to a culture of safety by adhering to all safety policies and operating procedures.
  • Assist other departments such as e‑commerce, inventory, and weather‑call duties as business needs dictate.
  • Perform other job‑related tasks and follow any instructions from a supervisor; all duties described are not exhaustive.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

The employee must be able to perform visual, auditory, physical, and mental tasks to operate equipment safely. The job frequently requires lifting up to 50 pounds, occasionally up to 80 pounds, and exerting pushing forces up to 40 pounds. Commercial tire handling, including rolling, destacking, and team lifts, is part of the role. Protective equipment—steel or composite toe boots, safety vest, safety harness, seatbelt, and a self‑retracting lifeline (SRL)—is required;

all equipment is supplied by U.S. Auto Force except for steel/composite toe boots. The work environment may involve exposure to weather conditions, moderate noise levels, and fumes from tires, car parts, and lubricants.

Qualifications
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • 1 year of warehouse, logistics, or related experience.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds consistently and, as needed, up to 80 pounds.
  • Ability to exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds when handling barrels or industrial/agricultural tires.
  • Comfortable operating at heights of 25 feet while maintaining safety standards.
  • Adherence to company safety policies and state, federal, and manufacturing regulations.
  • Forklift certification or ability to pass certification.
  • Willingness to work overtime as required.
  • Ability to follow instructions and operate safely.
  • Team‑player mindset.
  • Successful completion of a pre‑employment drug test (non‑THC).
