Material Handler
Are you reliable, energetic and motivated? We are looking for an entry level candidate to work as a Material Handler at a well known footwear manufacturer.
This is a full time position with a company that encourages a positive work environment and growth within their company.
This is a temp-to-hire warehouse position for a company who is known for manufacturing hunting, work, law enforcement and safety boots.
Here, you will be working in the receiving department receiving and delivering orders, stocking inventory in the warehouse using an RF scanner, and cycle counting.
Responsibilities:
- Work in the Receiving department unloading pallets and sorting inventory into the racks
- Using an RF Scanner to receive the product into inventory
- Taking materials to the production floor
- Operating a stand-up forklift and cherry picker
- General warehouse clean up as needed
You will be successful in this role if you are reliable, have great attendance/punctuality and strong attention to detail.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6am-2:30pm with occasional Saturdays.
As the Day Shift Warehouse Material handler, the following requirements need to be met:
- Previous warehouse experience preferred, such as order picking and receiving, and loading/unloading
- Willingness to learn and be trained on machinery
- Very strong attention to detail
- Basic computer skills
Pay: $18.00/hr.
