Groundworks is a leading foundation repair and water management specialist based in Canby, OR, and we are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee and coordinate the warehouse functions of a Branch Location, supporting productivity for foundation repair, waterproofing and concrete restoration.
Duties and Responsibilities- Complete a variety of tasks related to warehouse and distribution of materials to crews, customer work locations, and within the warehouse.
- Manage a safe and clean work environment.
- Organize the inventory area and tool room in the warehouse based on operational best practices.
- Supervise and manage warehouse staff.
- Ensure the receipt, coordination, and safety of goods coming through.
- Ensure that orders arrive and are dispatched on time to the appropriate destinations and in the expected quantities.
- Coordinate with Branch Management and Senior Management to assess the labor and output needs for the warehouse.
- Work with all departments and locations across the organization.
- Read and digest reports, data, statistics and similar information.
- Provide leadership to build relationships crucial to the success of the organization.
- Prioritize conflicting needs, handle issues expeditiously, proactively, and follow-through on projects to successful completion.
- Operate or be trained to operate a forklift.
- Occasional travel.
- Regularly and reliably report to work on time each working day.
- All other duties as assigned.
- 2-5 years of warehouse management experience.
- Knowledge of current OSHA regulations and a forklift operator’s license (preferred but not required).
- Knowledge and understanding of structural foundations, waterproofing and related products is a plus.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to drive light commercial vehicles as required.
- Comfortable navigating computers, tablets and computer software.
- This position is manual and physical in nature. It may require lifting, pushing, pulling and/or carrying heavy objects up to 50 lbs or more, and walking or standing for extended periods of time.

- Onsite: 390 S. Redwood St., Canby, OR 97013.
- Base salary ($60,000 - $75,000 DOE) with annual bonus potential.
