Shipping & Receiving / Warehouse Associate

Location:

North Portland | Pay: $20–22/hr DOE |

Schedule:

Monday–Friday 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Opti Staffing is hiring for a well-established industrial supplier in the Vancouver area that serves customers across a variety of industries. This is a stable, long-term opportunity for someone who enjoys staying active, working with a team, and keeping warehouse operations running smoothly. If you're experienced with shipping, receiving, forklifts, and order fulfillment, we'd love to hear from you!

• Receive, inspect, and stock incoming shipments.
• Pick, pull, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Operate a forklift to safely move materials throughout the warehouse.
• Package and label outgoing shipments accurately.
• Verify inventory and maintain accurate shipping and receiving records.
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure orders are completed on time.

• $20–22/hr DOE
• Monday–Friday schedule with weekends off

• Previous shipping and receiving experience.
• Experience picking and pulling customer orders.
• Forklift experience (required).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Basic computer and inventory skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Reliable attendance and a positive attitude.

• Ability to read shipping documents and follow instructions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.

• Experience using inventory or ERP systems.
• Experience working in an industrial or distribution warehouse.
• Shipping experience with UPS, Fed Ex, or LTL carriers.
• Current forklift certification (not required).
