Warehouse Associate

OPTI STAFFING IS HIRING!

Location: Beaverton, Oregon

Compensation: Starting at $20+ per hour

Schedule: Monday – Friday

Shifts Available: 6:00am–2:30pm or 8:00am–4:30pm 40 hours/week + OT available

A well-established company is looking to add reliable and hardworking Warehouse Workers / Order Pickers to their growing team. This role is essential in ensuring accurate, on-time order fulfillment while maintaining a safe and efficient warehouse environment.

• Pick, pull, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Read and interpret pick tickets, packing lists, invoices, and shipping documents
• Verify inventory and retrieve items from shelves or bins
• Prepare orders for packing, shipping, and loading
• Maintain a high level of accuracy with minimal mis-picks
• Assist with loading/unloading and other warehouse duties as needed
• Work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
• Support other departments and complete additional tasks as assigned

• At least 1 year of warehouse experience (preferred)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Experience operating material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.) is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and reach throughout the shift
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to read and understand warehouse documents (BOLs, pick tickets, etc.)
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well with a team
• Professional attitude with a focus on safety and efficiency
