Warehouse Associate

Ferguson is seeking an entry‑level Warehouse Associate. The position is Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and starts at $21.00 per hour, with a potential higher pay based on experience.

• Safely operate a stand‑up forklift (order selector/cherry picker) to pull and prepare outbound customer orders.
• Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.
• Use RF devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders.
• Accurately and timely receive, verify, stage, and stock all incoming material.
• Maintain a clean workspace and help keep the facility clean, safe, and accident free.
• Adhere to all safety regulations, including correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and wearing a safety harness with a maximum weight capacity of 400 lbs.

• 0‑3 years of warehouse experience in shipping, receiving, delivery, or inventory management preferred.
• High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced, changing environment.
• Positive demeanor, dependability, and strong work ethic.
• Self‑starter who can learn our systems quickly.
• Commitment to continuous improvement of system efficiencies and business practices.
• Ability to lift items that weigh up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
• Pre‑employment drug and background screening required.

• $17.17 - $28.72 per hour (estimated ranges displayed are hourly for all roles).
• Position is bonus or incentive plan eligible.
