The Warehouse Assistant Manager will work closely with the Warehouse Manager to oversee inventory, process returned materials, handle warranty claims, and maintain accurate records. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.

• Receive, inspect, and process materials returned from field installers
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and replenish stock as needed
• Assist with inventory management, cycle counts, and warehouse organization
• Process warranty claims and coordinate the return of defective parts to manufacturers
• Track and document returned materials and warranty items
• Work closely with the Warehouse Manager to support daily warehouse operations
• Maintain accurate records using Microsoft Excel and company software
• Ensure the warehouse remains clean, organized, and safe
• Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials as needed

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Previous warehouse, inventory, or logistics experience preferred
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to lift and move materials as needed
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
• Experience in the HVAC or construction industry is a plus
• Forklift experience is a plus

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
