The Operations Supervisor is essential for overseeing the daily warehouse operations, ensuring critical pick and pack, sequencing, and inventory management support for Boeing Aerospace runs accurately and efficiently. This position is vital in maintaining high standards, resolving issues, and fostering a productive environment that contributes to customized logistics solutions, proven efficiencies, and savings for our customers.

Full-time (2nd shift: Monday – Friday from 2:00pm – 11:00pm) - Location:
In-person, Portland, OR - Team:
Leads warehouse associates, partners with leadership and other departments. - Mission:
Ensures warehouse operations meet productivity, quality, and safety standards while supporting critical supply chain functions for customers. - Tech Stack:
Microsoft Office, basic warehouse systems
- Lead Operations:
Guide and support warehouse associates to ensure all work is completed accurately, efficiently, and safely during your shift. - Monitor Standards:
Oversee and maintain stringent productivity, quality, and safety standards to keep operations running smoothly. - Develop Team:
Train, coach, and develop team members to help them meet performance goals and address any concerns in real time. - Manage Logistics:
Coordinate all inbound and outbound shipments to seamlessly support the daily workflow of the facility. - Drive Improvement:
Complete daily reporting on labor, workflow, and productivity, and actively support continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Background:
An early career leader with a foundational understanding of warehouse, distribution, or transportation operations, with equivalent experience also considered. - Experience:
0–5 years of supervisory or leadership experience specifically within warehouse, distribution, or transportation operations. - Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication skills, essential for leading and motivating teams. Solid computer proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic warehouse systems. Demonstrated strong problem‑solving ability, meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive approach to operational challenges. The capacity to multitask and manage priorities effectively, paired with a strong work ethic, reliability, and a team-first attitude. - Bonus:
Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree.
