Step into a Day-in-the-Life at U.S. Auto Force Sunrise  starts your shift at 5:00 a.m. You’ll run a quick equipment check, hop on a forklift or order picker, and start moving tires and auto parts to where they’re needed. Scanners in hand, you’ll put away inbound product, pull orders with accuracy, and help keep inventory tight. Racks rise up to 25 feet, and you’ll operate safely at height, teaming up or using mechanical assists for commercial tires.

When the last order ships, you’ll tidy your aisle and prep for tomorrow. Most days you’ll wrap by 1:30 p.m.—and when business demands more, you’ll stay until the work is done, including rotating Saturdays.

Schedule Monday–Friday, 5:00 a.m.–1:30 p.m. (or until work is completed)
Rotating Saturdays Schedules may change based on business needs and can require overtime

What You’ll DoLoad, unload, stock, and organize tires and automotive parts in a high-velocity warehouse

Operate forklifts and picker equipment safely and efficiently

Use RF scanners to locate, put away, and cycle-count inventory

Lift 50 lbs repeatedly; occasionally handle up to 80 lbs with team lifts or equipment for larger commercial tires

Exert up to 40 lbs of push force when working with barrels or industrial/agricultural tires

Work comfortably at heights up to 25 feet while following safety protocols

Stay active on your feet and be ready to pitch in overtime when needed

Champion a safety-first culture and adhere to all procedures and regulations

Support other areas (eCommerce, inventory, will-call) as business needs evolve

Take on additional tasks as assigned by your supervisor; reasonable accommodations will be provided as appropriate

What You’ll Bring
18+ years of age and eligible to operate warehouse equipment1+ year of warehouse, logistics, or related experience

Ability to repeatedly lift 50 lbs and occasionally 80 lbs; push up to 40 lbs when required

Comfort working at 25-foot rack heights with proper equipment

Commitment to safety, following company policies and applicable regulations

Capability to obtain forklift certification

Willingness to work overtime

Strength in following instructions and standard operating procedures

Team-first attitude and communication skills

Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test (do not test for THC / marijuana)
Gear and Environment Required PPE: steel/composite toe boots, safety vest, harness, seatbelt, SRL (self-retracting lifeline). All provided by U.S. Auto Force except boots.

Warehouse conditions vary with weather; moderate noise; common tire-related fumes and occasional automotive/lubricant odors.

Physical demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee must be qualified as to visual, auditory, physical, and mental ability to operate equipment safely with or without reasonable accommodation. The employee must frequently lift products weighing up to approximately 50 pounds, and occasionally up to 80 pounds. Occasionally exert a pushing force up to 40 pounds. Handling of commercial tires (e.g., rolling, destacking, team lifting) conduct team lifts or use mechanical equipment.
