• Leadership:
  Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of concrete workers, ensuring efficient collaboration and optimal productivity.
• Quality Control:
  Ensure that concrete work meets established quality standards and conduct regular inspections to identify and rectify any defects or issues.
• Safety Compliance:
  Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and guidelines, promoting a safe work environment for all team members and subcontractors.
• Coordination:
  Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and effective communication.
• Material Management:
  Coordinate the timely delivery and efficient use of concrete materials, tools, and equipment required for the project.
• Problem Solving:
  Identify and address any challenges or obstacles that may arise during construction, finding practical solutions to keep the project on track.
• Documentation:
  Maintain accurate records of project progress, including daily reports, work logs, and any changes to the original project plan.
• Training:
  Provide training and guidance to junior team members, assisting in their skill development and career growth.
• Client Relations:
  Foster positive relationships with clients by addressing their concerns, providing updates, and ensuring their satisfaction with the project outcome.

• Proven experience as a Concrete Foreman or similar role in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of concrete materials, techniques, and construction processes.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the capacity to adapt to changing project needs.
• Commitment to safety protocols and regulations.
• Effective communication skills to interact with team members, subcontractors, and clients.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional vocational or technical training is a plus.
• Valid Driver’s License
