As a Concrete Superintendent at Covenant Concrete Construction LLC, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing all aspects of concrete construction projects. You will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in concrete construction and a proven ability to lead a team effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management:
    Manage all aspects of concrete construction projects from start to finish, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
  • Team Leadership:
    Supervise and lead a team of concrete workers, subcontractors, and other personnel on the job site.
  • Quality Control:
    Ensure that all work meets or exceeds quality standards and safety regulations.
  • Scheduling:
    Develop and maintain project schedules, adjusting as necessary to meet deadlines.
  • Budget Management:
    Monitor project budgets, control costs, and identify areas for cost savings.
  • Safety:
    Maintain a safe work environment, enforce safety protocols, and conduct regular safety meetings.
  • Problem Solving:
    Identify and address issues or obstacles that may arise during construction.
  • Client Communication:
    Maintain open and effective communication with clients, addressing their concerns and keeping them informed of project progress.
  • Documentation:
    Complete and maintain accurate project documentation.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in concrete construction, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Extensive knowledge of concrete construction techniques, materials, and equipment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints
  • OSHA certification is a plus.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
