- 5+ years of construction project management experience.
- Experience managing projects through design, procurement, construction, and closeout.
- Strong budget & schedule management, forecasting, and cost control experience.
- Ability to review construction drawings and identify project risks or scope gaps.
- Experience leading client-facing meetings and executive-level reporting.
- Strong stakeholder management skills across architects, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Experience with Procore, Adaptive Work, Ariba, Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar tools.
- OSHA-10 certification or knowledge of construction safety requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- PMP, CCM, or similar project management certification.
- Manage multiple active construction and capital projects simultaneously through planning, design, procurement, construction, and closeout.
- Meet with stakeholders to define project scope, budgets, timelines, risks, and project expectations.
- Coordinate architects and design teams, review drawings, identify major issues or missing scope, and help move drawing revisions forward.
- Create and distribute RFPs, coordinate bid activity, assist with contractor selection, and support procurement processes.
- Oversee contractor activity, visit jobsites, monitor project execution, and ensure progress aligns with the project schedule.
- Prepare weekly executive reporting, including budget updates, schedule updates, progress photos, risks, milestones, and overall project status.
- Track budgets, forecast costs, review invoices, support PO processes, and approve or elevate project spending as needed.
- Coordinate heavily with IT, security, AV, furniture, procurement, stakeholders, JLL stakeholders, contractors, and architects.
- Maintain project documentation in required systems. Adaptive Work, Ingenious, Procore, and Ariba experience is helpful, but not required.
