- Support deployment and execution of TQPS (Total Quality Production System) initiatives across manufacturing facilities while helping drive continuous improvement strategies
- Lead and facilitate employee training, coaching, and mentoring programs focused on Lean Manufacturing, TQPS methodologies, and operational excellence
- Drive employee engagement by promoting TQPS principles, supporting PDCA initiatives, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement
- Identify waste reduction opportunities, improve process efficiency, develop standardized work practices, and support cost-saving initiatives
- Monitor compliance with safety, quality, and TQPS standards while maintaining accurate documentation, KPI tracking, and implementation records
- Coach teams on 5S, continuous improvement activities, suggestion programs, and operational excellence tools to sustain long-term performance improvements
- High school diploma required;
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred - Lean Manufacturing knowledge with Green Belt or Black Belt Six Sigma certification preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Proven experience applying Lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies
- Strong leadership, team development, and problem-solving skills
