We are looking for an LPN who wants to make an impact on patients and become self‑confident. You will deliver exceptional nursing services, supervise nursing assistants, and maintain compliance with applicable mandates.

• Deliver outstanding nursing care to patients and residents, maintaining the highest degree of compassionate care.
• Supervise day‑to‑day activities performed by assigned nursing assistants.
• Operate in accordance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations and as required by Director of Nursing.
• Ensure compliance of all nursing personnel with the written policies and procedures established by the facility.

• Must possess an active LPN license in the state of residence.
• Must hold current and valid CPR certification.
• Must have strong attention to detail, accuracy, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple projects with high quality and productivity.
• Must possess excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Salary up to $36.25 per hour.
