Maintenance Technician – Portland, TN Competitive Pay | Growth Opportunities | Great BenefitsBrookside Properties is growing and we’re looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team! - High School Diploma or GED
- HVAC experience; EPA Type II or Universal preferred
- 2yrs+ apartment maintenance or multifamily housing experience
Ability to handle on-call rotation - Strong communication & problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation & basic tools
