The LPN/LVN provides professional nursing care to patients within an assigned unit, clinic or region.

You will be reporting to:
Manager, Clinic/Center Administration
As an LPN/LVN you will perform clinical tasks such as:
- You will assess patient health problems and needs, take vital signs, administers medication, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain medical records.
- You may advise patients on health maintenance and disease prevention or provide case management.
- You understand own work area professional concepts/standards, regulations, strategies and operating standards.
- You work within defined parameters to identify work expectations and quality standards, but have some latitude over prioritization/timing, and work.
Required Qualifications
- Current unrestricted licensure as an LPN or LVN in the state of Texas
- Excellent customer service
- Clinical background
- Sense of engagement to be a team player
- Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on improving consumer experiences
Other Qualifications
- Bilingual in English/Spanish with the ability to read, write and speak in both languages
- Hands-on professional
- Phlebotomy experience
- Experience with Electronic Medical Records
- Experience with HEDIS
- Knowledge of primary care medicine requirements (state specific).
- Working knowledge of clinical operations
Work Hours:
Monday – Friday 8:00 to 5:00
We consider this role patient facing and Humana's Tuberculosis (TB) screening program includes it. If selected for this role, we will require you to undergo TB screening.

Pay Range: $48,900 - $66,200 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
