Maintenance Technician

SPV Property Management LLC is seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Technician with EPA certification to join our team in Corpus Christi, TX. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $16 to $23 per hour.

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks at our properties, including but not limited to plumbing repairs, electrical work, HVAC maintenance, and general upkeep. You will work closely with property managers to address maintenance issues in a timely and efficient manner.

• Conduct routine inspections of properties to identify and address maintenance issues
• Perform plumbing repairs, including fixing leaks and unclogging drains
• Complete electrical work, such as replacing light fixtures and outlets
• Conduct HVAC maintenance, including changing filters and troubleshooting issues
• Perform general upkeep tasks, such as painting, drywall repair, and landscaping
• Respond to maintenance requests from tenants in a timely manner
• Keep accurate records of maintenance work completed

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience as a maintenance technician or similar role
• Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
• EPA certification
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
