Ironworkers

Structural Ironworkers are needed in Gregory, TX to join Zachry Brands, Inc. This role involves constructing iron and steel structures to precise specifications, working at significant heights, and leading crews in various tasks. The ideal candidates will have extensive experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work safely in challenging environments.

- 4+ years of experience as an Ironworker Helper or Structural Ironworker
- Ability to manage and plan workload for multiple crews
- Proficiency in steel erection, fabrication, grid layout, rigging, and reading IFC drawings
- Knowledge of safe rigging practices, bolting, fabrication, and welding basics
- Ability to work at heights in excess of 300 ft
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in all weather conditions
- Must have all required tools and reliable transportation
- Ability to wear all required PPE
- Basic math skills for craft duties
- Current or former Zachry or Zachry ROFed employee
- Experience working with Zachry Industrial, Inc.
- Experience working as an Industrial Rigger
