What you'll do:

• Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure safety, functionality, and appearance of facilities, equipment, and fixtures.
• Inspect, clean, and repair facilities and equipment, documenting signs of wear and maintenance activities.
• Utilize multiple craft skills including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry to complete minor repairs under supervision.
• Diagnose issues using blueprints, manuals, and testing equipment; dismantle and replace defective parts as needed.
• Operate heavy machinery and motor vehicles safely, conducting pre- and post-operation inspections.
• Respond to emergency maintenance calls promptly and document repair work accurately.
• Comply with safety regulations and company policies while supporting ethical standards and continuous improvement.

What you'll bring:

• Experience performing routine preventive maintenance and minor repairs across multiple crafts including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
• Ability to inspect, diagnose, and document facility and equipment conditions using blueprints, manuals, and repair catalogs.
• Proficiency in operating hand tools, power tools, heavy machinery, and material handling equipment safely and effectively.
• Knowledge of applicable safety regulations and compliance with OSHA and EPA standards.
• Strong organizational skills to complete maintenance documentation, manage parts requests, and submit warranty claims.
• Capability to respond promptly to emergency maintenance needs and prioritize work assignments efficiently.

Minimum Qualifications...

Valid state-issued driver's license and able to pass motor vehicle report. Option 1: 1 year's experience in plumbing, electrical, material handling equipment, or related area. Option 2: 2 years' Walmart store experience. Ability to read and speak the English language as required by Federal Motor Carrier Safety regulations
