Dunluce Lodge, a 5‑star luxury hotel in Portrush, opened in February 2025, is seeking a skilled Operations Manager to oversee the seamless functioning of our property. This role is pivotal in ensuring the highest standards of guest service and operational efficiency in a setting renowned for its breathtaking views and world‑class golf experience.
What You’ll Do- Oversee the entire operations of the lodge, including guest services, housekeeping, and dining.
- Ensure all departments meet the highest standards of service and efficiency.
- Coordinate with the management team to innovate services and enhance guest satisfaction.
- Manage staff recruitment, training, and development to build a high‑performing team.
- Handle operational logistics, budgeting, and resource management.
- Proven experience in operations management in a luxury hotel or resort setting.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing diverse teams.
- Excellent organisational abilities and a strategic mindset.
