Night Supervisor

£16,848 Per Annum / £13.50 Per Hour, 24 Hours per week

Dunluce Lodge, our new 5-star luxury resort in Portrush, is seeking a Night Supervisor. This crucial role ensures that all guest accommodations and public areas reflect the highest standards and deal with any queries or guests overnight.

• Run the Front Desk and support management team with Night Audit.
• Handle guest requests for room amenities and room service.
• Ensure flexibility to adapt on shift and prepare the hotel for the day ahead.
• Maintain brand standards at all times.
• Possess strong communication skills and work effectively as part of a team.

• Strong background in a branded hotel working in a front of house or reception team.
• Capability to deliver brand standards anytime of the day.
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork ability.
