KBW Financial Staffing and Recruiting has partnered with a global, publicly traded organization seeking a Manager of External Reporting & Technical Accounting to strengthen IFRS reporting and support a dual-listed, SOX-compliant environment. This role will own select technical accounting areas, support consolidated financial reporting, and help bring recurring technical work in-house.
The opportunity is 100% remote, however you must live in New Hampshire, Maine, or Massachusetts and be eligible to work in the United States with no restrictions.
What You’ll Do- Support preparation of consolidated IFRS financial statements and external filings (annual/interim reports, 20-F, 6-K).
- Lead technical accounting for key areas (revenue, leases, R&D capitalization, share-based comp, impairment) and draft accounting memos.
- Oversee consolidation and reporting tools, including intercompany, FX, disclosures, and lease accounting.
- Partner with auditors and support SOX compliance efforts.
- 5–8 years of Big 4 and/or public company reporting/technical accounting experience.
- Strong hands-on IFRS knowledge (IFRS 15, 16, 2; IAS 36, 37, 38).
- Experience with consolidation/reporting systems and SEC reporting exposure.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a global, deadline-driven environment.
