KBW Financial Staffing & Recruiting is working with a client in Portsmouth, NH looking to add an Accounting Specialist to their team. This is a part-time (20–25 hours/week) opportunity.
Responsibilities- Process approximately 30 accounts payable invoices per week
- Assist with accounts receivable
- Enter credit card transactions
- Support month-end close
- Assist with general accounting duties
- Internship experience or 1–2 years of accounting experience
- Quick Books Desktop experience preferred
- Basic Excel skills
- Strong attention to detail, communication, and multitasking skills
$26–29/hour, depending on experience
